ER-Code is a tool that you can use to collect, track, and share past and current information about your health or the health of someone in your care. It will save you the money and inconvenience of repeating routine medical tests. Even when routine procedures need to be repeated, your ER-Code can give medical providers more insight into your personal health history. < br /> < br /> Important points about a ER-Code:< br />
  • You should always have access to your complete health information.
  • Information in your ER-Code should be accurate, reliable, up-to-date, and complete.
  • You should have control over how your health information is accessed, used, and disclosed.
  • ER-Code is separate from, and does not replace the legal medical record of any provider.
  • Medical records and your ER-Code are not the same thing. Medical records contain information about your health, compiled and maintained by each of your healthcare providers. ER-Code is information about your health, compiled and maintained by you.

    Caregiver Helpdesk

Our Caregivers Help Desk is a multi-lingual online concierge for caregivers in aged care, which allows caregivers/elder sitters to chat with Medical Butlers who can speak their own native language. Caregivers need not to worry about language barrier because our MBs can understand them and guide them in meal preparation, recipes, exercise and other physical activities and even social and emotional management of the elderly person they are caring for. Simply set up your computer with a webcam and audio and we will do the rest in educating your caregiver in how to manage your care plan. Available languages are Filipino and Bahasa Indonesia.
